蟹肉鱼翅汤羹~
蟹肉鱼翅汤羹~
材料:
素鱼翅,红萝卜丝,冬菇丝,螃蟹肉,蟹柳丝,蛋白,粟粉(勾芡)。
调味料:
胡椒粉
,鸡精粉,黑醋,盐。。。
做法
:将材料及调味料煮滚后,勾芡,最后加入蛋白和素鱼翅,
即可上桌~
我简单的食谱(我是大概的)。。希望大家都能明白~
