佛钵~
材料:
300g=芋头。
60g=澄面粉。
60g=白油。
1/2 tsp=发粉。
80ml=滚水。
1/2 tsp=五香粉。
1 tsp=盐。
1/2 tsp=糖。
做法:
1.把芋头篜熟至松软,取出趁热压成芋泥。
2.澄面粉先用滚水拌均
成团,加入芋泥。
3.将其他材料加入,轻揉搓成团,放入冰箱让它冷却(容易成型)。
4
.将芋泥圆形轻轻放进热油里以大火炸至呈现金黄酥脆。
5.盛起,沥干油份,上碟备用~
