马来糕模~


马来糕~❤                 
  (A) 幼糖=500g 煮至棕黄色 ,加入椰浆1200ml 煮滚(糖溶)。让它冷却。                            (B)蛋A=18粒。
 幼糖=500g。。打至松发。                                                                                
(C)自发面粉=900g 。
soda粉=6 tsp。
盐=3小搓 (筛过)。                                                       
(C)加入(B)搅均。再将(A)加入 ~搅均。。                                                                                 将面糊倒入小杯里篜大概10~15分钟。。                                                                                         ###这是做大概100粒的分量。要做少可以把材料÷2或÷3~~~                                                     ####希望明白我的食谱因为是我自己调的~~~~❤
