酱油鸡~
酱油鸡~
1.将鸡肉切小块,以少许盐,胡椒粉,酱油,粟粉腌约半
个小时。
2.锅里热油,将鸡肉过一下油,熟就好。捞起
3。锅里剩一汤匙油,放入蒜蓉以小火煮出香味,加入少许
水,并加入调味料:酱油,耗油,糖。黑酱油,试试味道。
4.加入鸡肉大火煮至收汁,盛起。放在煮熟的包菜上面。
