巢中蛋~
巢中蛋~
1.将熟蛋以热油炸至金黄色。
2.再以辣椒糊及调味料如酱油,糖,盐,蚝油煮至辣椒糊
出油的感觉。
3.巴姑菜切段洗净后以大火煮并加入煮熟的炸蛋和汁料。
4.起锅享用~
