kari bao~





KARI BAO~
ingredientsA:
hong kong flour=600g
instant yeast=10g
baking powder=10g
sugar=140g
water=240ml~300ml
ingredients B:
shortening=6g
filling=potato kari
method:
1.mix well ingredients A ,mix in shortening,knead dough till smooth.
2.cut into about 50g.rest for about 5 mins,roll and flatten it.
3,fill in filling and wrap well.
4.set aside to rest for about 30 mins until it rise up.
5.put into steamer and steam for about 10 mons,done
